
FiveMyles was founded and incorporated as a non-profit in 1999. Our mission is to advance public interest in innovative experimental work; to identify and exhibit the work of under-represented artists, and to engage the local community through participation in the arts.
The Soul Summit Music Festival is a event that takes place in Fort Greene Park in Brooklyn on Sunday afternoons, 3pm-8pm from the second Sunday in July through the last week in August. The Festival is always free and open to the public. The Festival showcases artist of various backgrounds including Djs,Bands, Dance Companies, Fashion designers, Filmmakers and Photographers just to name a few. Over the past eight years the Festival has become an institution developing a loyal following of music fans that bring the hills of Fort Greene Park alive with families, food, dancing. The festival provides the backdrop for access to music, networking and other activities. In just eight years the Soul Summit Music festival has become one of the most anticipated outdoor events in New York City.

The Bethel Seventh-day Adventist Church is a member congregation of the worldwide faith community of Christians known as Seventh-day Adventists. Bethel began in 1904 with a small company of believers. The group was then known as Second Brooklyn SDA Church. It became an organized church in 1936. Bethel is the oldest Seventh-day Adventist Church in Brooklyn, serving a predominantly African-American congregation. The membership has fluctuated between 10 at the inception to 1,180+ in 1992. Presently the membership stands at 700+.

Beulah is a missionary church in the heart of Crown Heights, Brooklyn, ministering to the total person. A church that is evangelistic, inclusive, compassionate and reproductive.
