Bed-Stuy Healthy Families on The Move (HFM) provides Brooklynites with a safe and fun outlet to walk, run, and ride their way to a healthier body. All events will have a leader and a route. HFM will be held every Wednsday at 6:00 PM at Restoration Plaza (West Plaza at Marcy/ Fulton in front of Applebee’s) from July 18th to October 3rd (weather permitting). Accomodating all fitness levels, we invite you to come to Restoration Plaza Wednesday evenings this summer. Free warms up exercises start at 6:00 PM. The walks, runs, and rides leave promptly at 7:00 PM. These series of events will lead up to the Restoration 10K on October 7, 2012.
